 Pink Himalayan salt

The pink Himalayan salt is a type of mineral salt from the mountains of Pakistan. It is considered the purest salt and free of contaminants of the world. It is known as “rose gold”. The Himalayan salt contains 84 trace elements such as calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium as opposed to the common salt that only contains 2. Its pink color comes from iron.

The refined table salt is basically sodium chloride, it has been chemically purified. On the other hand, sea salt is a “healthy” alternative that many opt to the detriment of common salt. Yet it is easy to understand that according to the state of pollution of our oceans today this salt is not as healthy as many think.

The Himalayan salt is of organic origin contains all the elements found in our body and mixed with water gives us all its energy. It has curative properties and can improve conditions in case of suffering from some diseases such as irregular heartbeat or arrhythmia, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, low libido, heartburn, sinus congestion, renal failure, decrease Muscle tone and low levels of serotonin and melatonin among others. In addition to balancing the pH of the cells, it prevents the aging of the organism.

This salt is a real super food that besides giving flavor to the meals is beneficial for our health. Unfortunately it is not very easy to get in all countries besides Europe and the United States.

See you soon!
